Growing up in a small village led Lloyd to develop his inner creativity. There was no quick trip to the cinema, his childhood was all about the use of imagination and the building blocks of Lego. Lloyd feels it is this creativity that now defines the way he works, he has a curiosity for change and thrive off the opportunity to invoke new ways of thinking. Lloyd's downtime is filled with adventure; be it riding his motorbike through the rolling hills of the Peak District or travelling the remotest parts of the world with nothing but his trusted backpack. He has an interest in human psychology, what drives people and what underlines their decision making. Travelling and experiencing different cultures feeds this hunger and has made him more open minded and rounded in my approach to problem solving.
