With more than 20 years of experience in FinTech, Lucy leads global marketing at Hokodo. Previously, Lucy held senior marketing positions at both international technology giants and high-growth scale-up firms, including IBM, Fiserv, SimCorp, Equipos, Wealth Dynamix, Qumram and CUBE, where she was instrumental in growing visibility and creating fully-integrated sales and marketing functions. Her marketing expertise ranges from product and partner marketing through to digital marketing, demand generation and communications. Recognised internationally for her thought leadership and expertise spanning FinTech, RegTech, WealthTech, Big Data and Digital Transformation, Lucy is a widely-followed industry commentator. She regularly tops the Planet Compliance Top 50 RegTech Influencers list, is a Top 10 Expert on the Onalytica 100 RegTech Influencers list and has been featured in the Innovate Finance Women in FinTech Powerlist 2017-2022 (where she was listed as a Standout 35 in 2019). Lucy champions diversity and inclusion through her work at RegTech Women, the not-for-profit association she co-founded in 2019, which supports the vital role women play in driving RegTech success.
